Socket Head Cap Bolts for OTK Karts – M4 to M10 Allen Bolts with OTK Application Guide

Socket head cap (Allen) bolts in the sizes and lengths OTK karts use. Use the guide below to pick the right bolt for the job. If the original bolt is drilled for a safety wire or clip, use a drilled bolt in that position.

M4 and M5

• M4 x 20, 30, 40, 50 mm: general Allen-key hardware
• M5 x 20, 40, 50, 60 mm: general Allen-key hardware
• M5 x 30 mm: throttle pedal stop, rear brake caliper pad holding, brake disc hub mounting, steel pedal hardware

M6

• M6 x 18 mm: general Allen-key hardware
• M6 x 20 mm: front bumper red plastic center support, front spoiler support, driver panel mounting bracket, cadet / rookie bodywork bracket
• M6 x 30 mm: lower front bumper, side nerf bar, rear metal bumper, steel pedal, BSM4 / BS5 brake caliper hardware
• M6 x 35 mm: rear axle bearing cassette, axle bearing support, steering wheel hub, side bumper hardware
• M6 x 40 mm: steering wheel hub, rookie / cadet rudder pedal hardware
• M6 x 45 mm: foot heel rest, lower seat bracket support, seat L-bracket, pedal kit, BSM4 cadet brake caliper hardware
• M6 x 50 mm: steering wheel hub, clutch lever area, brake disc protector hardware
• M6 x 60 mm: brake master cylinder hardware for SA2 / SA3 / BS5 / BS6 / BS7 brake systems (use the drilled version if the original is drilled for safety wire or clip)

M8

• M8 x 20 mm: rear axle bearing cassette, axle bearing support, BSM brake caliper spacer support (drilled version where required)
• M8 x 30 mm: rear wheel hub pinch, 30 mm rear brake hub tightening, SA2 rear brake caliper tightening, BS6 rear caliper halves
• M8 x 40 mm: rear wheel hub pinch, sprocket hub pinch, brake disc hub, BS3 / BS4 brake caliper hardware
• M8 x 50, 60 mm: general Allen-key hardware
• M8 x 70 mm: steering system / steering shaft long socket head bolt (check original length and whether a drilled safety-clip style is required)

M10

• M10 x 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 mm: motor mount clamp / engine mount bracket bolts
