Kart Sprockets & Chain Guards – #219 & #35 | SVKarting

Everything between the clutch and the rear axle: rear sprockets, front drive sprockets, sprocket guards, chain guard hardware and chain lube. Our 7075-T6 aluminum #219 rear sprockets come in 68T to 79T for Rotax, IAME and ROK 2-stroke karts, and our SVK-made 19T front drive sprocket fits Briggs LO206 needle-bearing clutches. Both 220 mm sprocket guards cover 60T to 85T and work with #219 and #35 chain.

Gearing tip: one tooth on the rear is a fine adjustment, one tooth on the front is a big one. Keep a spread of rear sprockets in the kart bag and change the front only when you need a large ratio jump. Running a sprocket guard is required at most tracks and is a lot cheaper than a new sprocket after a spin through the grass.
