Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations & Changes We accept order cancellations or changes before the product is shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at Yingliusa@yahoo.com immediately. We cannot cancel or change the order once it has been shipped.

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, quality issue), we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a full refund/resend.

  • Customer Preference: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged Items / Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (via replacement or partial refund).
